Superpedestrian is seeking a Data Analyst to join our operations team. This data-driven role requires a combination of analytical thinking, operational expertise, and solid stakeholder management. The Data Analyst will work cross-functionally and will directly influence decision making and strategy implementation at a global scale.This is an exciting opportunity to be directly involved in transforming sustainable urban mobility in a rapidly growing organization.
What you’ll do:
- Strategy: What are the main operational KPIs that we should focus on to scale the business? You will play a key role in informing the business strategy for 2022
- Analytics: Utilize data to understand marketplace dynamics and make recommendations on how to adjust pricing, operational zones and product configurations that improve user experience and operational efficiency.
- Prepare data from different sources for analysis and make recommendations based upon those findings.
- Write SQL queries and python scripts to answer business questions and automate business critical processes
- Analyze demand and utilization to extract actionable insights
- Build dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision making across the company
What you’ll bring:
- Technical proficiency in SQL - experience writing, validating and QAing complex SQL queries
- Proficiency with Python automation processes
- Proficiency in Tableau and/or Metabase
- Motivated to work towards a greener future for inner-city mobility
