About Fields Healthcare Research + Medallia 
Fields Healthcare Research, a Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) approved CAHPS® data collection company specializing in patient healthcare experience research, has recently become a Medallia company. Medallia made this strategic growth acquisition to provide the healthcare industry the ability to combine Medallia’s real-time signal capture capabilities with Fields’ comprehensive survey portfolio and deep CAHPS experience administering patient surveys. Fields Healthcare Research will be run as a subsidiary of Medallia and continue as an authorized CAHPS vendor, led by Ken Fields, President, Fields Healthcare Research.

Responsibilities

    • Responsible for the ongoing analysis of operational data, including coordination of data receipt and validation of data quality according to survey data collection protocol.
    • Maintains monthly dashboards of key operational performance indicators, incorporating data from multiple internal and external sources
    • Coordinates receipt of data from clients and/or subcontractors
    • Validates quality of data submitted by clients, and works with supervisor to resolve any data quality errors in a timely manner
    • Validates quality of data collected via various sources such as telephone, mail, and web
    • Executes established data processing routines
    • Performs ad-hoc analyses
    • Recommends solutions based upon analyses performed
    • Develops and maintains strong working knowledge of CMS CAHPS surveys and requirements
    • Stays up to date with all CAHPS related updates and guidelines
    • Reviews CAHPS Quality Assurance Plans annually for accuracy and completeness
    • Perform data entry on an as-needed basis
    • Document and maintain quality assurance processes

Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics or a related field, or equivalent experience
    • A minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in Data Analytics or Data Quality Assurance
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in the development of Performance Scorecards/KPI-related dashboards
    • Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Math, Data Analytics, or a related field
    • Proficiency with php and MySQL
    • Gives attention to detail and follows instruction
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Effective time management; maximizes productivity
    • Prepares written materials to meet purpose and audience
    • Ability to stay organized and multi-task in a professional and efficient manner
    • Problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
