Position Summary

Data / Fraud Analysts on our Customer Analytics team provide organizations with detailed analysis on how to operationalize NeuroID’s digital behavior solutions. This highly visible role has proven to be critical to the success of our clients and, therefore, company. 

As a member of the Revenue team, you will report to the Director of Customer Analytics and Innovation. You will work closely with our Sales Directors, Sales Engineers, and Customer Success Managers to understand the client’s business operations and needs, run data analysis, and present the analysis findings and associated ROI to both prospects and existing clients.

As a Data Analyst, you will work with big data, build dashboards, and storytell. You will also have the opportunity to inform the product roadmap by supplying voice-of-customer and product feedback to Product, Data Science, and NeuroID’s Head of Operations Strategy.

 

What You Are Accountable For

  • Data literacy - ability to drive insights and link to recommendations and actions
  • Build dashboards and data pipelines to streamline analysis workflows
  • Partner with Sales Directors, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success teams to execute trial / customer value and progress deals
  • Clearly communicate operational execution and associated value of our solutions, demonstrating you have a clear grasp of business value as well as technical knowledge
  • Educate our product and data science leaders on customer value
  • Exhibit a strong passion for learning our products and markets through in-house and external training
  • Promote, maintain and enhance our cultural values of humility, passion, inclusion and leadership

What We Require

  • 2+ years of experience in SQL
  • 2+ years of experience with programming using R or Python
  • 2+ years of experience leading analyses with a track record of business impact
  • Financial Services / Fintech / Fraud or Identity sector experience strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with javascript, web and/or native app environments, and APIs
  • Demonstrates strong ability to communicate technical concepts and implications to business partners
  • Excellent storyteller with a high EQ demonstrating active listening resulting in thoughtful questioning and meaningful dialogue to understand our clients needs for success
  • Anticipates and prevents problems and roadblocks before they occur
  • Must be responsive and dedicated to clients, both internal and external
  • Clear sense of ownership and accountability
  • Self-starter, capacity to learn at a fast pace
  • Passion for technology, innovation, and startups
  • College/University Degree in Data Science / Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Math highly preferred
