Position Summary
Data / Fraud Analysts on our Customer Analytics team provide organizations with detailed analysis on how to operationalize NeuroID’s digital behavior solutions. This highly visible role has proven to be critical to the success of our clients and, therefore, company.
As a member of the Revenue team, you will report to the Director of Customer Analytics and Innovation. You will work closely with our Sales Directors, Sales Engineers, and Customer Success Managers to understand the client’s business operations and needs, run data analysis, and present the analysis findings and associated ROI to both prospects and existing clients.
As a Data Analyst, you will work with big data, build dashboards, and storytell. You will also have the opportunity to inform the product roadmap by supplying voice-of-customer and product feedback to Product, Data Science, and NeuroID’s Head of Operations Strategy.
