Data Analyst II

You will be responsible for analyzing data and providing insights that drive business decisions as well as being the technical authority for our other analysts on the team. - The base pay range for this position is $109,600 - $140,700 per year.**

What you get to do every day
- Be a key partner to our business owners in defining and delivering analytics assets..
- Perform ad hoc data analysis to meet tactical telehealth goals including customer retention, conversion, patient outcomes, and operational performance.
- Iteratively build and improve reports, and dashboards to provide insight at scale.
- Create new analysis tools to provide routine and ad hoc analysis of trends, patterns, and insights.
- Communicate findings to partners in the organization, including executives, product managers, and marketing teams
- Develop a broad business understanding to address data analytics needs and dependencies.
What you bring to the role
- 2+ years of proven experience in data analysis roles
- Experience with SQL and data warehouses, including Snowflake
- Experience with data visualization tools, including Looker
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven attitude
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Superb communication and teamwork skills
- Health tech background is a plus
- Experience with product event instrumentation tools and/or CRM tools is a plus
