  • The base pay range for this position is $148,000 - $192,500 per year.**

What you get to do every day

  • Manage and lead a team of data analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the team's success in delivering high-quality analytics solutions.
  • Develop and implement data analytics strategies aligned with organizational goals. Identify opportunities to leverage data for business optimization and growth.
  • Oversee the collection, processing, and analysis of large datasets. Utilize statistical methods and data visualization techniques to extract meaningful insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Operations, Clinical Care, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of analytics solutions into business processes.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data analytics tools and technologies. Evaluate and implement new tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the analytics team.
  • Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key findings and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
  • Implement and enforce data quality standards. Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and reliability of analytical outputs.
  • Work closely with senior management to align data analytics initiatives with overall business strategy. Contribute to the development of long-term plans for data analytics capabilities.

What you bring to the role

  • Proven experience in a data analytics or business intelligence role, with at least 3 years of managerial experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a data analyst writing SQL and producing data visualizations.
  • Strong proficiency in data analytics tools such as Tableau, Looker, Snowflake, Red Shift, Jupyter Notebook, Hex, etc.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
