In This Role You Will:

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the health of the marketing funnel
  • Improve existing marketing dashboards and build new ones as business needs arise
  • Perform Ad-hoc analyses to support the marketing organization
  • Work closely with the Data Science and Engineering team to identify and quickly resolve data issues that impact data accuracy

To Thrive In This Role You Will Need to:

  • Identify and debug data quality issues
  • Know the common tools in a marketing technology stack (Web Platform, Email Marketing, Marketing Channels, Analytics Platforms, Data Pipelines, BI)
  • Have a working knowledge of marketing channels and their unique aspects (Facebook Ads, Google, Tiktok Ads)
  • Have an in-depth knowledge of web analytics and funnel data metrics
  • Have in-depth knowledge of marketing tools used to build campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Tiktok Ads, Klaviyo, Webflow, Google Analytics)
  • Have extensive experience working with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and some SQL

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Passion for getting into the weeds in large data sets to glean actionable insights
  • Experience working for a startup in a cross-functional remote environment
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Genuine interest in health and wellness
  • Experience as a media buyer or working with paid media/owned media data
