Job Overview:

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our growing Sales Operations team. As part of our broader go-to-market organization, the Data Analyst will contribute to our continued growth. On any given day, you might be building a data story about sales & marketing performance, developing core models for key business analytics, or running a quantitative stress test of a new pricing strategy. You’ll get to work with (and help continue to build) a new data infrastructure built on a modern data stack.  

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain analytic models to consistently and accurately report on key metrics for the business
• Conduct analytical projects in support of a range of key business objectives, working with stakeholders from multiple teams
• Craft compelling data stories that communicate relevant, contextualized, and timely information to a variety of audiences 
• Create and maintain visualizations and dashboards 
• Develop financial and planning models
• Create and maintain clear and accurate documentation

Job Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in B2B technology 
• Technical skills: advanced SQL and spreadsheet skills. Proficiency with Python data packages (pandas, numpy, and related) strongly preferred.  Experience with dbt and git a plus
• Naturally curious personality with an inclination to tackle complex problems and probe beneath the surface layer.
• Strong data storytelling skills
• Excellent data munging ability
• Experience building analytics and models relevant for sales, marketing, and finance
• Experience working with and parsing data from a go-to-market tech stack (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, web traffic, ABM, etc.)
• Directly relevant undergraduate or graduate coursework may be counted toward experience requirement
