Within3 has a career opportunity for a detail-oriented, data analyst professional that will play a key role in supporting the Within3 Client Success and AI & Analytics team. The successful candidate will perform data pull, analysis, and project coordinator functions, in support of our digital platform initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Data pull, analysis results, and reporting
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends
• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
• Assisting Client Success team with behind the scenes project support

• Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst
• Expert knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel and ability to adapt to databases used for statistical tracking
• Strong analytical skill with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask effectively; changing priorities based on timeline expectations
• Light copy editing and strong written communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Knowledge of data visualization and data analysis tools such as Tableau and Alteryx
