What You’ll Do & Your Impact:

• Strategic Analytics: Facilitate business case development and prioritization of opportunities based on ROI & feasibility assessment by leveraging analytical insights and forecasting.
• Project Management: Manage analytical projects by leveraging agile methodologies to partner across business functions, meet deliverables, and actively champion solution adoption across the business. 
• Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews with key business stakeholders to translate business objectives into analytical project deliverables to realize business goals.
• Data Preparation/Wrangling: Write high quality SQL code and organize data structures to efficiently drive scalable workflows and analyze data.
• Analytics Product Development:  Create next generation, best in class Tableau visualizations by owning the design, development, and maintenance of dashboards to inform business decisions and improved outcomes.
• Consultative Guidance:  Provide the business with thought-leadership and insights on how to drive continuous and meaningful improvement across key financial, performance, and consumer metrics.
• Data Governance: Develop, maintain, and perform processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity.

What You’ll Need:

• 5+ years of business analytics experience.
• 5+ years SQL and data preparation/wrangling.
• 5+ years designing and developing Tableau dashboards.
• Understanding performance optimization is a plus.
• Intellectual curiosity with a passion for insightful analytics, actionable solutions, and improved outcomes.
• Capability to partner across business functions and leadership to understand business challenges, pain points, and data gaps with comfort to explore big data and develop creative solutions.
• Solid problem-solving skills and creativity.
• Persuasive team player with solid communication skills.

Pay Transparency Statement: Alight takes into consideration a candidate’s experience, education, certification/credentials, market data, internal equity, and geography when determining an offer for a successful employment candidate, and Alight does so on an individualized, non-discriminatory basis. Therefore, an offer may fall anywhere between the estimated minimum base salary for this role of $113,800.00/year (for full time employees) and the estimated maximum base salary for this role of $253,700.00/year (for full time employees). In addition to a base salary, this position may be eligible for a bonus and/or other incentive plans.
