The Role

We are seeking a Data Analytics Engineer to join our growing team!  Lark is committed to delivering accurate, reliable, and informative data products that are a key part of the value that Lark offers to healthcare partners. The Analytics Engineering group works to develop and deliver data product assets that are valuable to healthcare partners, contain accurate and consistent data, and are delivered reliably and on time.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and maintain data analytics tools that track key business and performance metrics
  • Develop a reporting flow that automates report generation, quality assessment, and delivery
  • Develop dashboards for use across the organization, ensuring they are visually appealing, and intuitive
  • Generate associated documentation that clearly articulates how reports and dashboards were developed, how they can be used, and any limitations or assumptions
  • Determine quality rules and best practices for analytics, working with the data team to ensure we are striving for the highest quality data outputs

What You’ll Need

  • Experience working in the data space, with a strong understanding of data structures and tools for interpreting the data
  • Strong SQL skills, with the ability to write complex queries and develop data models
  • Knowledge of software best practices and version control tools like GIT
  • Experience with the Python, AWS and Databricks
  • Data engineering experience is a plus
  • Healthcare or digital health experience is a plus

Working at Lark 

Lark offers the option to work remotely in the United States.  U.S. Salary Range: $XX - $XX. The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on several factors, including location, level, and will vary depending on confirmed job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable. The company is headquartered in Mountain View, CA.
