How you can help make a better world of work

You are an experienced data and analytics professional with an existing or new interest in sales and marketing funnels who is passionate about amplifying the work of others with timely, easy to access and insightful data. You will handle all things data and analytics within the Revenue Operations team at Culture Amp who manage the systems and processes of our revenue teams.

Culture Amp are big utilizers of the modern data stack and you ideally bring some experience or great interest in tools like dbt, Looker, Fivetran and Census.

This role is different from classic data & analytics roles in that you are not necessarily required to continuously build dashboards and instead you would thrive on developing and ensuring adoption of well thought out data models and solutions that improve self-serve analytics. That said, you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and provide guidance and critical thinking to get to a greater insight. As Culture Amp is an early-adopter of reverse-ETL tools, you will build valuable data products in dbt such as multi-product lead scoring, forecast models, customer health scores or churn predictions.

You will…

  • Continue to develop and maintain our revenue focussed data model in dbt and Looker
  • Partner with senior revenue leaders and analytics leaders throughout Culture Amp to continue to foster a culture of data-driven decision making.
  • Build mini data products that power use-cases such as multi-product lead scoring or churn prediction
  • Work with Product Analytics and various other analytics teams to drive the company analytics strategy with a revenue lens
  • Build and enforce best-practices for Analytics Engineers at Culture Amp 
  • Help define, monitor and innovate our global revenue KPIs

You have…

  • Advanced abilities in SQL
  • Existing experience or strong desire to work with a tool like dbt
  • Broader experience with tools in the modern data stack such as dbt, Looker, Mode, Fivetran, Census or HighTouch
  • Familiarity with data generated by revenue related tools such as Salesforce, Segment, Hubspot and Zendesk
  • Ability to provide commentary and insights on data when needed and understand the so what.

  • Detail oriented, organized and have an eye for detail particularly in the context of building data models
  • A team player who builds trusted relationships across various departments in a business
  • Proactive in identifying trends and understanding the drivers behind them in order to come with solutions on top just identifying issues
  • Passionate about working with a talented and energizing group of Rev Ops and Analytics professionals
