About the role:
We are looking for a Data Engineer to take significant ownership in building Monte Carlo's cloud service, data pipelines and ML platform. The role will involve end-to-end development: from helping formulate requirements to full production implementation. You will be collaborating with a small team of seasoned engineers in a fast-moving startup environment.
Location:
Remote in Israel, UK or Ireland
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Building production-grade data pipelines and services to delight customers
Owning major projects from inception to deployment, shipping at a rapid pace
Architecting simple yet flexible solutions, and then scaling them as we grow
We’re excited about you because you have:
5+ years of experience delivering production-grade data pipelines and backend services
Mastery of Python and SQL and perhaps PySpark, familiarity with AWS technologies
Experience building data pipelines, and perhaps distributed architectures too
Sense of urgency, ownership mindset, and customer focus
