WHO WE ARE:
ActBlue builds and maintains a powerful online fundraising platform for Democratic campaigns, progressive organizations, and nonprofits working to create a better future. We put power in the hands of small-dollar donors by making it easier for grassroots supporters to make their voices heard and by helping thousands of groups — from presidential candidates to environmental organizations — build people-powered movements.
We’re a nonprofit organization, and our team has a big impact on the future of our country. Each and every one of us, from the political activists to the tech innovators to the customer service pros, is fully committed to our mission.
The Data and Reporting Department (ODR) members serve as the data experts under the Outreach umbrella of ActBlue. They are responsible for data collection, management, and analysis for the Outreach Team, and ensure the Outreach departments have the information needed to make key business decisions.
While this staff member will report to the Data and Reporting Department, their primary role will be to provide reporting and specific research needs to their assignments. Under the Data and Reporting Team, they will increase their expertise with the most up-to-date techniques and ActBlue tools, as well as use customer relationship management skills to house, analyze, and track progress to goals and relationships. This work combines internal-facing reporting to inform on goals and decisions and provides external support to entities using the ActBlue platform.
