THE OPPORTUNITY:

As the Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will evaluate and compile objectives and opportunities for improving and streamlining our CRM and internal workflows:, plan and lead implementation of supportive business solutions; mentor the junior members of staff; and measure the effectiveness of those programs. Your work will drive continuous improvement of time and cost efficiencies across the organization.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Be a subject matter expert for best practices in CRM (currently HubSpot) data management.
  • Be the primary Business Systems Analysts in leading projects and critical initiatives.
  • Train, lead, and provide technical guidance to professional and technical staff assigned to business systems analysis. Direct the work of peers and IT staff on assigned projects.
  • Be a thought partner with business stakeholders and recommend solutions.
  • Optimize the use of existing systems before seeking new ones.
  • Monitor and assist in identifying and diagnosing possible issues with integrations between systems that communicate with HubSpot, including but not limited to Indigo and AirTable.
  • Be responsible for overall quality control and data integrity. Develop and monitor data integrity standards for data within the CRM and for integrations between systems. Run audits to ensure data accuracy.
  • Manage and create queries and reports for data requests.
  • Research and develop new HubSpot capabilities and make recommendations for implementation.
  • Assist with business continuity planning.
  • Prepare and review documentation for current processes, pain points, and assumptions.Continuously identify gaps and opportunities for automation that will streamline workflows and processes.
  • Estimate and establish costs of upgrades and improvements and manage software and hardware costs during implementation, including navigating budget and functionality tradeoffs.
  • Document and diagram key system configurations. Support key business stakeholders in their process documentation efforts.
  • Be a point person for implementations, including for third party vendors, internal stakeholders, and those doing technical implementation. Ensure clear communication of requirements and priorities and navigate cross-departmental trade-offs between cost, timeline, and scope.
  • Own the vision for long-term platform success. You will own the strategy and execution of the end-to-end lifecycle of sales initiatives intended to drive LTV, retention, loyalty, and adoption.

 

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • You will have 5+ years of CRM platform management. HubSpot preferred. 
  • You have experience working cross functionally with teams such as Data Science, Product Marketing, Support, and Creative teams.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication and facilitation skills. You know when to adjust your focus, format, vocabulary, and level of detail according to the audience and communication goals. 
  • The ideal candidate should be team-oriented and have a solid analytical mindset, excellent interpersonal communication skills, strong project management skills, and a growth mindset.
  • You constantly tie your work to the strategic context and the problems your team and organization are trying to solve to maintain focus and ensure your work is aligned with the broader mission.

LOCATION AND COMPENSATION: 

This posting is for a full-time, remote, salaried position. ActBlue is currently authorized to support remote work employees in California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New Hampshire, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, Washington D.C., and Wisconsin.

Salary Range: $77,307 - $96,369

ActBlue is committed to consistent compensation practices across our organization.  Final salary offers will take into account factors such as candidate experience, interview performance and current team salary parity.
