Job duties and responsibilities: 

• Train machine learning models aimed at increasing engagement on our core products. 
• Tune hyper-parameters, and tweak models to reflect changes requested by the business. 
• Build test cases and periodically deploy trained models to production. 
• Interact with existing company tools through the use of REST APIs.  
• Interpret machine learning models to explain the results’ main contributing factors. 
• Visualise trained model insights using Microsoft Power BI. 

Requirements:

• Experience in Python or R, data manipulation and machine learning tools e.g. Pandas and Scikit-Learn.  
• Familiarity with basic command line and shell scripting. 
• Practical knowledge of Git, or any other version-control software. 
• Good understanding of and experience in MySQL or similar databases. 
• Values consistency in both code and documentation. 
• Outstanding organisation skills. 
• Strong time management skills. 
• Attention to detail. 
• Fully fluent in English and any other language, both written and verbal.
