We are looking for a Data Strategist to join our growing Data & Analytics team! As a Data Strategist, you work with clients in helping them understand the impact of data, analytics, and optimization on their business model, and define a compelling data strategy to translate the business mission and objectives into actionable data capabilities. The goal of this role is to ensure Apply Digital deliver consistent and high-quality data and analytics initiatives to power our clients in their digital transformation journey.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Works with the Strategy, Product, Project Management, UI/UX & Technology disciplines to define the data requirements and analytics stack for projects
• Act as subject matter expert in the space of data, analytics, machine learning, A/B testing, personalization, and Martech
• Experience in creating KPIs and OKRs frameworks to transplace the business requirements into reporting and dashboards
• Participate and host interviews, brainstorm, and workshops with business teams and contribute to data-related topics and projects
• Develop data and analytics roadmap and actionable initiatives
• Keeps up to date with the latest data practice and trends, to help influence the direction of the Data & Analytics Discipline.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

• 6-10 years of relevant experience in a data role, ideally client facing roles
• Passionate about the latest trends in data, technology, and digital solutions (i.e. modern data stack, operational analytics, reverse ETL, dbt, etc.)
• Outstanding people, communication, and storytelling skills
• Experience in working with cloud-native, multi-cloud, and hybrid data platforms
• Familiar with popular cloud services and methodologies
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or Engineering. A master’s level education is an asset
• Most importantly, a nice person and a team player
