Primary Responsibilities

1.      Facilitates and troubleshoots issues associated with the design and development of complex systems under limited supervision.
2.      Provides advice and counsel to human resources, management, and staff with interpreting programs, systems, and processes.
3.      Assesses training needs of HR personnel and management and recommends appropriate training opportunities. Responsible for design and creation of training resources.
4.      Assists in the review, testing, and implementation of HRIS system upgrades and/or fixes. Collaborates with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrade or fix. Documents process and results.
5.      Provides research, resolution, process methods in support of HRIS, Collaborates with functional leads to address problem resolution quickly and efficiently.
6.      Reviews potential policy changes to address any system changes, which may be required and vice versa. Serves as a key liaison with third parties and other stakeholders (e.g., Payroll, Legal, etc.).
7.      Develops and implements process improvement and system integration solutions using appropriate tools (e.g., Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Power Apps, Dell Boomi, etc.).
8.      Writes, maintains, and provides a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Microsoft Power BI, etc.). Assists in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs. Helps maintain data integrity in systems by running customized and standard
  queries.
9.      Develops user procedures, guidelines and maintains up-to-date documentation. Provides training on new processes/ functionality.
10. Maintains awareness of current trends in HRIS with a focus on product and service development, delivery, and support, and applying key technologies. Examines trends in information systems training, materials, and techniques. Utilizes classes available, reading materials and computer-
  based training to continuously increase both HR/HRIS knowledge and practices. Participates in user groups.

Colorado Residents Only – Compensation: Annual Salary: $80,885.52 - $125,000.00. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range or starting rate of candidates hired in Colorado. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, your work location, how many years of experience you have, and comparison to other employees already in this role. Education/Experience

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, computer science, information technology, or equivalent experience. Five (5) years related professional experience. Working knowledge of relevant laws to ensure compliance with regulations. Knowledge of Workday and/or UKG Dimensions strongly preferred. Knowledge of ADP, Dell Boomi, and/or Microsoft Power Suite (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI) a plus. Project management experience a plus. Continuous improvement program experience (Lean, Six Sigma, QDM, etc.) a plus. Strong basic management, human resources, and communications skills. Very limited ability to travel.

This position is open to remote being located throughout the United States
Hybrid Remote located in Memphis, TN - preferred
This position pays between $80,885.52 and $125,000.00 depending upon experience, location market and company guidelines.
