Essential 
The Director of Data and Analytics will be responsible for architecting and implementing complex omni-channel reporting & analytics solutions across e-commerce, mass retail, and Amazon. This role will partner with stakeholders from across multiple teams to identify opportunities for growth. You will lead and mentor a team of data engineers and data analysts, defining a clear vision and roadmap to execute against. 

What You'll Do:

    • Lead & mentor a high performing data & analytics team.
    • Bring insights and ideas to drive growth & innovation through data that support omni-channel business initiatives.
    • Establish a roadmap for providing comprehensive business intelligence and strategy for analytics with a focus on creating customer value.
    • Build and share analysis of customer cohorts, including key metrics such as acquisition costs, lifetime value, churn, retention and AOV.
    • Drive data-driven decisions and advance our data-focused culture
    • Manage the complete data stack from ETL platforms through business intelligence tools
    • Ensure high quality and accurate data sets through custom data tests and alerts
    • Conduct regular and ad-hoc business user training to ensure that data is accessible and approachable for all departments.

What You'll Need:

    • 5+ years of experience implementing and managing daily operations of consumer data, digital marketing, digital analytics, ab testing, personalization, and BI solutions within an omnichannel environment.
    • 3+ years of experience leading, growing and mentoring a team of data engineers and data analysts
    • Understanding of and experience using analytical concepts and statistical techniques: hypothesis development, designing tests/experiments, analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and developing actionable recommendations for business units
    • Proficiency in our stack: Snowflake, Fivetran, Looker, dbt, Netsuite
    • Strong communicator that can distill complex ideas down to easily understood chunks
    • Experience with predictive modeling preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

    • PAY RANGE: $136,000 - $195,000
    • Your base salary is one part of your total compensation package. The salary range represents the entire compensation range for this position. Exact compensation will depend on several factors, which may include your skills, level, years of experience, technical expertise, and other qualifications. You will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. You will be also eligible for equity and great benefits + 401k + unlimited PTO etc - see our list of perks/ benefits below.
