To further our progress toward our mission, we are looking for a Director, Mobile User Acquisition interested in driving high sustainable growth while solving financial inclusion. If you are an analytically-minded leader who wants to inspire a team of direct reports across Mexico, Philippines, Kenya & India, is passionate about delivering on acquisition targets within our target CaC and can build strong relationships across a broader global marketing team and core cross-functional stakeholders - then this role is for you.
2+ billion people worldwide are underestimated and hence underserved. This role needs someone who is incredibly solutions-oriented because there is a reason why so many people are underserved; the same old approaches don't work. This role needs someone who will keep the mission of Tala in mind, leverage their own powerful strengths in Performance Marketing in global digital and non-digital channels but adapt them, innovate and find ways to reach those who we, Tala, can serve.
Salary range: $195,000- $225,000
