We use Python and SQL to accomplish our daily tasks and we work in two-week sprints to get things done. More recently, we've been expanding into streaming analytics (Kafka & Flink using Aiven), Kubernetes (Airflow tasks on Kubernetes), data observability (Monte Carlo), and MLops (MLFlow & Feast).

We are not looking for people with a data analytics (and science/engineering) mindset only, but to be successful in the role you also need to have a genuine interest towards Aiven as a company and willingness to understand the ins and outs of our business and industry.
