Director of Product Management, Data & Analytics

Location Requirements: This role is Remote.

Your role on the team:

We are looking for a highly enthusiastic, experienced, and driven Data and Analytics Product Leader to join our Product team at Frontline! This role works directly on our state-of-the-art analytics solutions to help district leaders tap into their data and make more informed decisions for the benefit of staff, students, and communities.

You can expect to:

  • Act as a Data and Analytics subject matter expert within Frontline as well as externally with customers, partners, and others 
  • Communicate product plans, status and performance with internal stakeholders 
  • Direct, manage and mentor Data and Analytics Product team. 
  • Participate in thought leadership activities 
  • Provide perspective on the market, competitive dynamics and opportunities. 
  • Serve as the product visionary driving a direction, strategy and roadmap in a manner that delights customers. 
  • Support Sales and Client Services regarding strategic customer opportunities 
  • Work cross-functionally to create compelling product messaging and positioning, sales tools, collateral, and demos 
  • Work with Engineering, User Experience, and other stakeholders to define and deliver market winning features on time and with high quality 
  • Work with key stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, Client Services, and Finance to drive continuous improvements in the P&L and financial performance of the offerings.

This role requires:

  • 10+ years of work experience in product leadership/management with Data and Analytics products with experience in highly scaled commercial or education-oriented data and analytics offerings
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Data and Analytics, Business, Computer Science, or related field
  • Ability to effectively collaborate cross-functionally
  • Ability to problem solve, multi-task, and manage a wide range of competing priorities
  • Analytic skills and mindset
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies
  • Proven expertise in leading projects that launch on time and on-budget 
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills with proven ability to positively lead cross-functional and distributed teams
  • Strong understanding and experience with emergent analytics capabilities and applications, including the use of AI/ML and associated advanced data and mathematical models
