Senior Marketing Data Analyst

Location Requirements: This role is Hybrid to one of our offices: Austin, Malvern, or Naperville. Remote candidates will also be considered.

Your role on the team:

Reporting to the Manager, Marketing Operations, the Senior Marketing Data Analyst role is key to providing data-driven, actionable insights and analysis for critical decisions to optimize how we engage with our prospects and customers, and how we execute marketing campaigns. We have a passion for continuous improvement – and this role plays a key role in enabling our team to develop, execute and optimize a go-to-market strategy that is repeatable, sustainable, and scalable.  The Senior Marketing Data Analyst role will ensure marketing information is monitored, properly presented, and explained through reporting and analysis for effective decision-making at all levels of management, up to, and including, Frontline’s Executive Leadership team. You will monitor the integrity of our Marketing analytics to ensure data accuracy while leading the creation of automated processes for the collection of insightful and actionable data.

You can expect to:

  • Deliver the dashboards, reporting, and analytics to the Marketing team, providing the actionable insight required to crush our goals  
  • Gather our marketing leaders’ (and their teams’) needs, collaboratively determine and deliver on priorities
  • Expand analytics capabilities to include multi-touch attribution and campaign ROI reporting 
  • Oversee the development of interactive visuals and dashboards in the CRM and marketing analytics tools 
  • Collaborate with the teams across the Marketing department to identify opportunities to drive achievement of the key marketing goals (top of funnel, business development, brand and reputation, and organizational excellence)  
  • Report on traditional and modern marketing KPIs and campaign performance, including email metrics (delivery, open, click-through rates), leads, conversion rates, website traffic and social media engagement, event registrations, among others 
  • Support our Account Based Sales & Marketing program with scorecards and other reporting, providing our teams with actionable insights 
  • Incorporate, where appropriate, predictive models and/or machine learning tools to drive marketing campaign success 
  • Conduct research and analyze benchmarking data 
  • Ensure prospect/customer data integrity in our Customer Relationship Management System, Salesforce 
  • Oversee data hygiene processes and manage data vendor relationships 
  • Work with data & analytics teams across departments to support company-wide initiatives

This role requires:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) in Marketing, Analytics, Data Science, or Business preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and related experience  
  • 3-6+ years of work experience in marketing analytics roles at B2B SaaS companies 
  • Hands-on experience working with marketing tools and systems (CRM, MAP, ABM, and BI tools including data lake and/or data warehouse) including familiarity with Salesforce, PowerBI, Marketo, 6Sense, Integrate or equivalent systems 
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles, standard metrics (MQL’s, SAL’s, SQL’s, etc.), and lead-generation tactics 
  • Understanding and experience with multi-touch attribution and campaign-level reporting to provide insights regarding how to optimize and accelerate the marketing stages of the buyer's journey 
  • Ability to investigate business questions and bring actionable insights to enable improvements in our Marketing Strategy (e.g., ROI methodology, A/B testing, goal setting, predictive modeling, etc.) 
  • Experience extracting data insights utilizing programming languages such as SQL, R, or Python
  • Ability to manage multiple workloads and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment 
  • Being detail-oriented is a MUST 
  • Technical proficiencies in MS Office applications
