The Role:

You are an experienced product management professional with a deep background in analytics, data architecture, and attribution. You are an expert at building and using the team, tools and processes to answer complex business questions with data and insights. You are naturally drawn to the digital marketing and travel industries and can have a vision for where they are headed. You embrace a role with a high degree of measurable accountability. You have built a career deeply understanding how to meet customer needs through innovative product solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a clear understanding of Sojern’s data ecosystem - where the data comes from, how it gets processed and stored, and what it’s used for

• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Insights, Analyst and Finance teams to define and help deliver a more robust and scalable data architecture

• Product manage the development of new reports, dashboards, and data systems based on validated customer needs

• Discover, evaluate, negotiate, and facilitate integration with new data sources to power insights

• Manage the reporting and insights product roadmap

What you bring to the table:

• 10+ years of experience in product management and analytics, with 3+ years experience in digital advertising and SaaS platforms

• Knowledge of the travel industry and travel marketing a plus

• Equally willing to roll up your sleeves to pull and analyze data as you are managing others to do the same

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and high EQ

• Strong technical knowledge of big data and AI-driven systems

• B.S. or B.A. in Data or Engineering related fields
