Branch is seeking a Director of Revenue Analytics & Insights who will work with cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market strategies, growth plans, budget planning, and quota setting.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to the Sales leaders, Revenue Operations, and go-to-market executive team
  • Use a data-driven approach to annual planning annual planning, evolving account segmentation, sales coverage model, territory design, and quota allocation methodology
  • Build & maintain executive / sales leadership dashboards reporting sales, forecasting, pipeline, churn, and customer performance KPIs
  • Operationalize our GTM analytics strategy to ensure that all data is centralized and easily accessible to business stakeholders
  • Establish and maintain business relationships in the go-to-market organization, and consistently demonstrate a thorough understanding of internal customers' business needs
  • Build, lead, and develop the talent of a high-performing analytical team that delivers actionable insights for the Sales and Marketing teams
  • Ensure high quality insights and create executive summary materials with compelling recommendations tied to business impact for the Sales and Marketing teams
  • Frame and structure complex business problems into analyses that need to be delivered to make decisions
  • Drive the development of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that support executives in making key decisions
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leaders to create dashboards and reports to be used in running the business
  • Deliver insightful analyses on the sales funnel, from lead generation all the way through deal closing, to increase revenue and provide sales team members with actionable strategies
  • Lead the creation of an accurate sales forecasting process in partnership with the Finance team
  • Partners with sales, CS, and Marketing leadership to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement standardized processes.
  • Surface insights from data captured about sales deals from our CRM
  • Work with executive leadership to identify new metrics and performance indicators. Analyze and explain changes in key performance indicators to business partners and leadership
  • Build and support ad-hoc pipeline and other sales and marketing data requests.

  • Manage and define the roadmap and vision for sales, marketing, and customer success technology stack. Prioritizes investments in enabling technologies in support of driving revenue

  • Build and scale marketing operations function including lead management processes and metrics, lead scoring, marketing contribution to pipeline, program ROI, and customer acquisition

 Qualifications: 

  • 7+ years of work experience within RevOps and Analytics

  • Ability to break down problems of all different types in a structured fashion and identify the key issues to solve

  • Experience with customer lifecycle technology, SalesForce, marketing automation, and a demonstrated ability to oversee the successful implementation of new tools, processes, and practices in complex operating environments

  • Strong project management skills with experience delivering high quality results in tight deadline environments

  • Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills, with an ability to develop solutions working with multiple functional teams

  • 3+ years experience in a usage-based revenue model which involves aligning revenue-generating individuals with technology to achieve growth, efficiencies, and scale.

  • Proven track record of driving high performing and lean operations teams.

  • College degree required (Advanced degree in Data Science or Statistics highly preferred)
