Job Summary

We are looking for a diverse group of curious, passionate, and hard-working students to join our internship program for 2023!

What You'll Do as an Intern

You will develop crucial and highly valuable data analytics skills as well as soft skills through the course of your internship. This is an opportunity to work alongside accomplished professionals and gain valuable skills for your future. Additionally, you will learn how we use innovation and technology to drive our business forward and through project work, job shadowing, hands on work experience, and exposure to Farmers leadership teams you will expand your knowledge and experience.

•    Work on critical Farmers data assets and applications
•    Solve complex IT and business Big Data problems
•    Learn Business Intelligence and Analytics function
•    Work on Industry leading Platforms e.g. Snowflake
•    Work with Enterprise Data Leaders at Farmers
•    Currently enrolled and pursuing a BA Degree or Master’s Degree program with an accredited college
•    A passion for learning and development 
•    Experience, knowledge or an interest in IT 
•    Self-motivated, an excellent problem solver and a quick learner
•    Good verbal and written communication skills

Education Requirements

Currently enrolled / upcoming Junior or Senior undergraduate student or currently enrolled graduate student.

 Benefits

• Farmers offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications and location.
• o CA Only: $21.00 – $25.50 (undergraduate) and $27.50 - $32.00 (graduate) 
  o CO Only: $20.00  – $24.50  (undergraduate) and $26.50 - $31.00 (graduate)
  o New York City, NY/Westchester County: $23.00 – $25.50 (undergraduate) and $29.50 - $32.00 (graduate)
  o WA Only:  $21.00  – $24.50  (undergraduate) and $27.50 - $31.00 (graduate)
