We’re looking for two interns to join our Growth Analytics organization! Growth Analytics at Affirm encompasses Product, Marketing, Operations, Scale & Monetization, and Analyst Foundations. Our Product Analytics and Repayment Analytics teams are looking for two interns who will receive one-on-one mentorship and will be a contributing member to the team. You’ll get the opportunity to work cross-functionally on meaningful projects and learn from experienced analysts across the company.

What you'll do

• On Repayment Analytics - develop a strong understanding of repayment metrics (collections performance, delinquency rates, etc), trends, and underlying drivers
• On Product Analytics - proactively explore data and identify opportunities to help accelerate product development or improve existing products
• Perform analytics deep-dives to properly size opportunities for or risk to the business
• Effectively translate data and difficult analytics concepts into clear and actionable recommendations for stakeholders
• Build technical skills necessary to operate tools and platforms needed to transform raw data into curated dashboards and insights

What we look for

• Experience pulling and joining data sources with SQL and performing analysis using tools such as Python and R
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally
• Enough laziness to find a faster way to do your least favorite tasks!
