Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a data-driven and customer-obsessed self-starter to join our growth marketing team. As a growth marketing analyst, you are responsible for executing and optimizing paid social campaigns across new & emerging channels, including but not limited to: Pinterest, TikTok, and Snapchat. You play a crucial role in collaborating across Marketing, Data Science, Customer Service, and CRM departments to drive new customer acquisition and retention. The growth analyst will analyze campaign data to identify insights and inform go-forward strategies. The ideal candidate is someone who wants exposure to the beauty D2C e-commerce space, is focused on social impact, and is interested in performance marketing. #LI-Remote

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Support and execute paid social strategy to hit KPI targets for new & emerging channels, including but not limited to: Pinterest, TikTok, and Snapchat
    • Deliver on-going and ad-hoc data reporting analyses/insights of how channels are pacing against KPI goals 
    • Budget, launch, and optimize evergreen, promotion, and product launch campaigns
    • Pitch out-of-the-box paid social strategies and ad creative ideas to hit KPI goals 
    • Partner with platform reps on new testing strategies and opportunities to meet business objectives
    • Collaborate with the integrated marketing team to help source and request ad creatives to launch across channels

EXPERIENCE NECESSARY

    • 1+ years of professional experience running ads across multiple channels through an agency or in-house for a brand
    • Proven ability to hit and/or overachieve KPI goals
    • Experience with collaborating cross-functionally, leading to improvements in pipeline or processes 
    • Proven ability to work with large data sets coming from multiple data sources
    • Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets (pivots, vlookups, if functions)
    • Excellent written, presentation, and organization skills
