Reporting into the Director of Analytics, Revenue Operations, the GTM Analyst, Revenue Operations role will be responsible for driving outsized business outcomes for the broader revenue organization, comprising channel, alliances, industry, sales, marketing, and customer success teams. We are seeking an employee with a track record of partnering with a variety of cross functional teams to drive operational efficiency and insight into business performance. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the charge on aligning company leaders on single source of truth dashboards for understanding the business
  • Partner with our Revenue Operations team members to automate manual data processes and find opportunities for improvement in how we present data
  • Work with our Sales and Customer Success leaders to present data to our customer-facing users in a meaningful and actionable way
  • Perform occasional deep dive analysis to dig into business performance issues or opportunities
  • Enable our teams to make sure they are using the most accurate and up-to-date reports and dashboards
  • Partner closely with Business Systems teams to continuously improve data quality and clarity

 

What you bring:

  • 4+ years of related experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Growth Analytics, or Business Intelligence
  • SQL proficiency as well as familiarity with Salesforce (or other CRM) and a BI tool (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across different functions and understand the “need behind the request”
  • Experience troubleshooting data discrepancies and working with Business Systems and Engineering teams to fix upstream data issues
  • Strong curiosity to figure out how things work and create order from chaos
  • A tough yet positive attitude; you have a keen eye for what is working well and what needs improvement
  • Attention to detail when it comes to data visualization and dashboard design
  • A desire to organize information to make it easy to access and use

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors.  In accordance with Colorado and New York law, the base salary for this role if filled within Colorado is $109,000 - $127,000 and within the city limits of NYC is $129,000 - $150,000.
