About the team/role

You will be joining our FP&S (Financial Planning and Strategy) team as Revenue Manager. The Revenue FP&S team within Checkr’s finance organization is responsible for revenue forecasting, analytics, planning, and reporting. We strive to drive better decision making across the organization through analytics and insights. This role will have a particular focus on our rapidly growing SMB and Mid Market segments.

What you’ll do

  • Managing the top-line model, driving regular forecast updates, and producing weekly/monthly reporting packages
  • Serve as financial business partner to key strategic initiatives such as funnel optimization efforts, new channel partnerships and pricing/packaging initiatives
  • Provide broad financial support, including preparation of financial plans, internal management reporting, dashboards and ad-hoc analysis
  • Work closely with cross-functional leaders to report, manage and control business performance, identifying areas of growth potential and unexpected variances
  • Collaborate on annual planning process, quarterly reforecasts and long-range strategic plans

 

What you bring

  • 5+ years of Finance experience, including a strong foundation at high-growth technology companies (SaaS and Consumer), preferably with previous Strategic Finance, Investment banking and/or private equity experience
  • Expert-level financial modeling skills, with strong attention to detail and high standards for quality
  • Ability to think across multiple dimensions of a business (sales, product, marketing etc.) and work cross-functionally to deliver results
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with non-financial audiences
  • Experience working with performing in-depth data analyses in SQL, creating KPI reports and dashboards in business analytics tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.), and working with Data team to access relevant data and build dashboards

The salary range for this role is $94,478 to $196,650.
