POSTION SUMMARY

Over the past few years, Abercrombie & Fitch has made a considerable investment in advancing its digital, technology, data, and analytics capabilities.  Our vision is to transform our data into a strategic asset that will help us better understand our customers and provide them with a more memorable, seamless experience.

To successfully do this, we need a seasoned Head of Data Governance to establish a universal set of standards and best practices for how we collect and use our data across the enterprise.  As Head of Data Governance, you will be responsible for establishing and ensuring adherence to an enterprise data governance framework for data policies, standards, and practices across business functions to achieve consistency, quality, and protection of our data asset.
