That’s what the Product Analytics team is all about, putting data at the core of every decision we make.

We are currently looking for a Head of Pricing Analytics to join the Data team! Your goal will be to create global pricing strategies accounting for growth countries and mature countries to deliver financial results. You’ll work with global and local teams, driving data-driven outcomes hand-in-hand with commercial strategy inputs.

What will I be doing? 🤔

    • Develop and implement a global pricing strategy for our clients ranging from SMBs to large enterprise clients, together with our local commercial and global growth teams
    • Manage the implementation of the pricing strategy, aligning with stakeholders in each of our countries of operation, and creating clear guidance for new countries
    • Deeply understand the key drivers of our cost for each of our verticals, and how pricing can accommodate these 
    • Leverage inputs from operational, tech and commercial improvements to forecast our cost
    • Define accountability for projects and forecasts that impact our costs
    • Lead bespoke pricing needs for new business models and large client negotiations
    • Create tools and reporting that enable commercial and finance teams to synthesise existing pricing, recognise areas of opportunity and assess impact of pricing scenarios
    • Work with our invoicing engineers to ensure pricing schemes are reflected in development roadmaps
    • Manage and develop an analyst within the team, with potential to grow scope and impact of team

What do we need from you? 😎

    • 5+ years in B2B pricing (ideal), revenue management, analytics, or finance (but other backgrounds welcome if you fit the requirements!)
    • Experience using complex datasets to drive decision making with a good understanding of revenue and cost impacts (e.g. understanding a P&L statement)
    • Ideally have worked with commercial teams, understanding how to influence and implement guidance with sales and account management teams
    • Ability to drive projects on your own initiative, deal with ambiguity and develop structure & relationships across teams to keep projects moving
    • Very comfortable with numerical modelling in Excel or Google Sheets
    • Experience with SQL and data modelling, and ideally Tableau or other BI tools
