The Opportunity

The Junior Analyst will assist in gathering, validating, and documenting various system information and needs. They will perform in-depth evaluation and verification of the platform capabilities, serving as a middle person between the team (also end-users) and vendors, to ensure that product information and metadata are correctly captured. They will also work closely with the leads in order to identify the customer needs and establish ways upon which customer needs can be met for their maximum benefit and satisfaction.


Responsibilities

  • Serve as the intermediary between the team (also end-users) and third-party vendors to validate and document the provider information
  • Generate reports on provider diligence, liaise with leads and executives to document business needs and processes for
  • Ensure that various appropriate elements, including documents, policies, business process details, landscape, and collaterals are kept up to date and are available
  • Raise platform concerns with teams to incrementally resolve and better the service offerings
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in any field (Technical discipline would be desirable but not required)
  • Familiarity with SQL or any other tool for data analysis and reporting
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and solve complex business needs
  • Strong alignment with core organizational values and ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Proficient in organizing, managing, and documenting tasks and processes, with keen attention to detail

Desired

  • Knowledge of APIs, Security policies, command file/data formats like JSON, CSV, etc.
  • Knowledge of Python/Pandas or any other equivalent programming languages
