Join our growing Business Analytics team reporting to the Director of AdRoll Business Analytics. You will join a team of business intelligence analysts, data scientists, and market research analysts and be responsible for interpreting and applying data related to the AdRoll business to create dashboards, data visualizations, and analyses that describe the business.  You will work closely with leaders across the business in product management, marketing, sales, operations, and finance to conduct and deliver reporting and analysis.

This role is open in our San Francisco, New York, Salt Lake City offices, or Remote.

The impact you’ll make: 

  • Embed with cross functional teams as the analytics thought leader and identify data, analysis, and modeling needs to achieve business objectives and coordinate their delivery.
  • Design and implement high quality data visualizations, dashboards, and analyses to uncover insights and facilitate decision making.
  • Become an expert on our business, the data it generates, and how that data should be applied to managing business operations and decision making.
  • Aggregate data and analysis into presentations that communicate findings and make recommendations to senior management.

Skills you’ll bring:

  • 4 year bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in related field
  • Highly motivated with strong critical thinking skills, attention to detail, proficient written and oral communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a team environment.
  • 5+ years as a business intelligence analyst, data scientist, or similar role involving intensive data analysis.
  • Highly skilled in performing data analysis with SQL.
  • Highly skilled in data visualization and dashboard implementation (we use Tableau - transferable proficiency with other tools is OK).
  • Experience uncovering and translating business needs and objectives into structured projects and analyses.
