What we're looking for

As an IC leader of the Analytics team, you will use your strong technical skills in SQL, Python, and dbt to improve marketing investments and customer lifetime value. You will collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Sales, Product, Engineering, Data Engineering, Data Product Management, Data Science, and other teams. Your expertise in B2C and B2B marketing and customer analytics will be invaluable, as well as your experience building a robust data foundation. This role reports to the Director of Marketing Analytics and is remote-friendly.

You will

  • Lead Marketing Analytics efforts using your technical skills in SQL, Python, and dbt to improve our marketing investments and customer lifetime value. Efforts include A/B or multivariate testing, multitouch attribution, media mix modeling, lifetime value modeling, and cohort analyses.
  • Build marketing projects from end to end and mentor junior members of the marketing analytics team.
  • Prioritize and lead the analytics agenda across marketing teams, including Brand, Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, and Demand Generation.
  • Mentor junior members of the team to help build a best-in-class marketing analytics department.
  • Establish and align employees against a common set of Marketing KPIs that convey full-funnel strategy (awareness to conversion) and outcome (media engagement to site engagement to revenue/pipeline).
  • Educate and influence functional and executive leadership on marketing performance and investment decisions using your technical expertise.
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales leadership to uncover insights across the Lead-Closed Won funnel.
  • Partner with Finance in budgeting, forecasting, and investment modeling activities.
  • Work closely with Data teams to establish data requirements, build reporting, and develop statistical or ML models using SQL, Python, and dbt.
  • Promote best marketing measurement methodologies and practices across the company.

You have

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative discipline.
  • 8+ years of marketing strategy and analytics experience in both B2B and B2C businesses.
  • Expertise in measurement tools and methodologies across digital and offline channels, including multi-touch attribution, media mix modeling, incrementality testing, and brand lift studies.
  • Fluency in SQL
  • Proficiency in dbt to streamline the maintenance and enhance the efficiency of our marketing analytics reporting ecosystem, ensuring optimal performance and ease of use for the team.
  • Proven project management skills to identify business questions, determine project scope and timing, and manage communication with partners.
  • Excellence in presenting to all levels, from Exec to IC members of teams.
  • Experience with marketing platforms, e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, Google Tag Manager, Search 360, Display 360, Facebook Campaign Manager.
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud is a plus.

What we offer our employees

The base pay provided for this position ranges from $125,205/year - $211,715/year depending on geographic market and assuming a full-time schedule. Actual base pay is based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education or training, skills, and experience.
