Our team is rapidly growing as we expand our programs to reach more health systems and patients, and we are excited to bring on a Machine Learning/NLP Engineer. You should not only be driven by the problem we are solving but also by the innovative approach and technology that we are applying to healthcare.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work on our conversational AI infrastructure, including our question answering pipeline and data collection/feedback process

  • Work with a unique dataset of 100M+ patient interactions, structured conversations, and natural / unstructured data sources

  • Develop new models to solve existing subproblems within our pipeline and work with backend engineers to integrate your models into production

  • Work closely with internal teams to understand product pain points and identify, prioritize, and implement solutions

 

Qualifications (Required):

  • B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Computer Science or other quantitative fields or related work experience

  • Proficiency in Python and in frameworks like tensorflow, pytorch or keras

  • Experience in modern Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing 

  • Experience building production-ready NLP systems

  • Ability to scope work and operate independently

  • Motivated by complex problems

 

Qualifications (Bonus):

  • Experience with Flask, Docker and Kubernetes

  • Prior startup experience
