This team delivers Machine Learning and Search solutions to build resilient and scalable consumer products. This team has two charters of powering ML-optimized user experiences across our consumer surfaces and building a platform for organized, consistent and relevant search results to consumers.

What you’ll do

• Collaborate with our Product, Analytics, and Operations teams to set and execute Consumer ML and Search platform strategy

• Recruit and hire senior engineers

• Coach, develop, retain, and provide feedback to team members

• Organize the Consumer Search and ML team as necessary to fulfill its mandate

• Establish OKRs and critical metrics to set the engineering team’s direction and measure its success

• Create a long term technical roadmap that enables the team to keep up with our fast growing business

• Build a strong engineering culture around innovation, accountability, empathy, and execution

• On-Call Rotation - There would be an on-call rotation for this role as a requirement
