As a Manager, Product Analytics you will help evolve our EMR Product to the next level. Your knowledge of experimentation, statistical analyses, and cross-functional efforts combined with your excellent communication skills will determine where and how to improve our provider experience. In this role you will be fully remote and report to the Senior Manager, Business Analytics.

You Will: 

  • Own analytics for the EMR Product: conduct data analyses to support new product launches, drive improvements to existing products and inform product roadmap while operating cross-functionally across product, engineering, operations, and other stakeholders
  • Refine ambiguous questions and generate new hypotheses about the product and business through a deep understanding of the data, our customers, and our business
  • Direct experimental design: identify parameters, determine success metrics, perform data validation and monitor progress
  • Define how our teams measure success, by developing Key Performance Indicators and other user/business metrics
  • Interpret results, draw detailed, impactful conclusions, and narrate those findings to partners
  • Design and build best-in-class self-service dashboards using a mixture of analytical and visualization techniques to influence business and product decisions
  • Collaborate with engineering, data engineering, and analytics to improve on the availability, integrity, accuracy, and reliability of data logging and data pipelines

At a Minimum You Have:

  • Deep understanding of statistical methods and experiment designs for analytical problems
  • 5+ years of quant analysis and analyzing A/B/n and multivariate experiments
  • 5+ years of using SQL to extract and manipulate data
  • 1+ year of coding in Python or R
  • Advanced knowledge of visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau
  • Comfort with ambiguity, evolving priorities, and an ability to operate autonomously
  • Ability to narrate insights for complex problems to non-technical audiences from frontline operators up to and including executives

A Big Plus If You Have:

  • Experience with operations data (fulfillment, contact rates, etc.) and/or healthcare data (HIPPA, PHI, etc.)
  • 1+ years of building, growing, and managing a team of analysts
  • ML model development and training (Predictive Modeling) 
  • Experience operating cross-functionally with globally distributed teams
