The Marketing Analyst II position will report to the Lead Marketing Analyst.

As the Marketing Analyst II, you will:

  • Extract and organize data from disparate sources, including but not limited to prospect lists, internal data warehouse environments, and site traffic databases, into a usable form for consumption and analysis.
  • Define and manage KPIs, deliver analysis, and manage the overall reporting of metrics and insights that lead to marketing conversion improvements.
  • Partner closely with marketing to understand how analytics can help enable, measure, and achieve business goals.
  • Identify opportunities for automation of manual reporting processes across the team for improved efficiency and better compliance.

Your Impact:

  • Responsible for performance analysis across various channels to provide visibility into key business and marketing metrics.
  • Serve as an expert on all things data for their partners in the marketing organization. 
  • Exercise critical thinking and creativity to look for ongoing campaign optimization, process improvement, or reporting opportunities.

About You: 

  • Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in a data-centric role with 2+ years of marketing analyst experience.
  • 2+ years experience using R or Python in an analytical environment and an excellent understanding of SQL.
  • Solid understanding of marketing concepts and marketing performance measurement concepts.
  • Ability to use R or Python in an analytical environment and have a strong working proficiency of SQL.

Even Better:

  • Experience with marketing attribution methodologies and concepts.
  • Experience analyzing marketing data across various channels.
  • Familiarity with campaign execution and campaign optimizations.
