We’re looking for a driven, analytically-minded professional to join the Growth Analytics - Marketing team! Growth Analytics at Affirm encompasses Product, Marketing, Operations and Foundations. The team is responsible for the research, reporting, and experimentation necessary to build outstanding consumer-facing and merchant products. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem solving skills, an eagerness to collaborate with different teams, curiosity to learn more every day, and patience to work through difficult problems specifically related to understanding marketing effectiveness through organic marketing efforts.

What you'll do

  • Drive business outcomes by translating analytic insights into actionable recommendations to help accelerate both consumer and merchant growth via CRO and Organic Search efforts on Affirm.com
  • Develop and implement measurement and learning agenda by partnering closely with Organic Growth Marketing and the broader Growth teams, and launching initiatives to drive sustained, incremental growth for both consumer users and merchant leads
  • Be the main marketing analytics and data advisor for Organic Growth Marketing and broader Growth teams in supporting strategy and execution, and in driving the execution of data tracking, pipeline requirements, and analytics solution development including but not limited to attribution modeling, experimentation framework design, and structured data model development
  • Establish robust performance reporting dashboards, develop target forecasting and drive analytical agenda to help understand growth marketing effectiveness and drive both consumer and merchant growth

What we look for

Must Have

  • Passionate to disrupt the lending and financial industry for the better
  • 4-6 years of experience in an analytically-driven role (analytics, consulting, finance, etc.)
  • Exceptional working knowledge of SQL, and familiarity with leveraging Python or R for efficient analyses
  • Ability to think creatively and critically and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous work environment
  • Self-starter and driven - you step up and own the challenges at hand

Nice to have

  • Strong working knowledge of organic marketing levers such as CRO, SEO, website analytics, etc
  • Strong working knowledge of MarTech subjects such as attribution, visitor journey and conversion funnel tracking, front-end event tracking
  • Experience in experimentation, A/B testing and/or inferential analytics
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Optimizely, Google Analytics, Amplitude, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console
