Our team is a group of passionate, fast-moving marketing and demand gen professionals driven by making a positive impact. If this sounds like you, we would love for you to join Gloo’s marketing team as our new Marketing Data Analyst.

The Opportunity:
Gloo is seeking a collaborative team player who has demonstrated knowledge and experience in both marketing and data analysis, particularly web analytics. You are intellectually curious and a motivated learner, eager to develop both your business acumen to ask relevant questions and your technical skills to find the answers.  As a Marketing Data Analyst, you will collect, clean, and shape data from Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Salesforce to analyze sales and marketing pipeline performance. You will use Domo for data visualization, building and maintaining dashboards with self-serve analytics capabilities that communicate insights to go-to-market teams.

What You Will Be Doing:

    • Working with product owner to translate business requirements into dashboards that deliver maximum value to end users
    • Collecting and cleaning data from various systems to prepare data for analysis
    • Analyzing, interpreting, and validating data to support go-to-market teams in making strategic business decisions
    • Communicating data insights to the team and senior leaders. 
    • Building and maintaining interactive dashboards in Domo that provide actionable insights
    • Supporting the development and execution of scalable process implementation and optimization efforts
    • Analyzing sales and marketing pipeline performance to provide recommendations for continuous improvement
    • Creating data visualizations that use data storytelling design principles

What We're Looking For

    • Experience with marketing, sales, and reporting tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics)  
    • Experience using a business intelligence tool (Domo, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.) 
    • Knowledge of relational databases and data relationships
    • Proficiency with SQL and/or ETL tools
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to work independently, yet thrive in a collaborative environment
    • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
    • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM, social science, or humanities discipline

    • Compensation: $60,000-$80,000
