Natural Language Understanding (NLU) Analyst
We are seeking an experienced NLU Analyst to oversee a team of NLU Analysts. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of Natural Language Understanding (NLU) technology. As an NLU Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring that all labeling/analysis tasks are completed on time and to a high standard of quality.
Key responsibilities
- Label language data following labeling guidelines
- Ensure that labeling/data analysis tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Review, maintain and improve labeling guidelines and procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy of labeling/analysis.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists and Engineers to identify requirements and prioritize tasks.
- Work with the project management team to ensure that labeling/analysis tasks are scheduled and completed according to project timelines.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in NLU labeling/analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field preferred
- Understanding of Conversational AI concepts and technologies.
- Experience with NLU tools and providers such as Dialog Flow
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
