The Role

As an operations analyst you’ll sit at the center of our business, you’ll operate alongside a high performing team of finance professionals. You will be responsible for analyzing various aspects of our business operations, identifying opportunities for enhancement, and assisting in the implementation of improvement strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, increase efficiency, and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

• Process Optimization: Collaborate with different departments to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in operational processes and recommend solutions to enhance productivity.

• Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate the quality of operational processes, ensuring adherence to company standards and best practices.

• Reporting: Create and maintain regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into key operational metrics, performance indicators, and goals.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of processes, procedures, and workflows to facilitate training and knowledge transfer.

• Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve operational issues and discrepancies as they arise.

• Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and effectiveness in operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.

• Proven experience as an Operations Analyst or in a similar analytical role.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SQL, data visualization tools).

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Detail-oriented and highly organized.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.

💰Salary & Equity: In this role, you’ll receive a starting salary of $70,000-$105,000 as well as stock options
