We’re looking for an Associate to join our Growth team to drive the next stage of marketplace optimization and pricing strategy. You’ll support our team’s goal to maximize Revenue growth, while improving both Renter and Property outcomes. The ideal candidate has experience with strategic/operational projects and possesses exceptional analytical, cross-functional, and communication skills.

Here’s what you’ll do as part of the team:

  • Drive analysis/business strategy, transforming data, and drawing insights that inform strategic decisions with our COO - Focusing on maximizing our growth trajectory and revenue opportunities
  • Partner with Product, GTM/Sales, Engineering, and Finance to make business trade-offs that lead to measurable business outcomes
  • Support long-term initiatives, such as foundational changes to our search algorithm in order to drive increased premium product growth/adoption 
  • Identify new growth opportunities, and develop strategy from the breadth of view that comes with this position
  • Prepare Executive and Board materials covering key business metrics 

Here are the skills and experience you’ll need to be successful:

  • You are a highly ambitious team player with 2+ years of investment banking / consulting / business strategy / intelligence or high-growth operations / startup experience
  • You are business savvy with aptitude in understanding and dealing with risks and opportunities in a manner that is likely to lead to great business outcomes
  • You are a highly analytical, independent thinker, who leverages business judgment, supported by analysis, to drive critical strategic decisions
  • You have exceptional SQL and Excel data analysis skills, and are proficient in Looker (or similar BI platform) to develop reports/dashboards - if you lack SQL experience, willingness to learn is a big plus
  • You are a strong communicator that is comfortable working and interacting with senior leadership and a range of teams across the company
