We’re looking for a talented Principal Consultant to help our customers gain tangible value from their data. 

  • Collect requirements from clients through prototyping and visualization and adjust the requirements as fit through an engagement
  • Deliver on project-based consulting engagements; help clients develop analytical requirements through prototyping and visualization.
  • Manage clients expectations by leading weekly status reports to clients; proactively solicit client feedback by running working sessions
  • Partner with sales team to identify additional sales opportunities within a client;  assist with account growth and expansion 
  • Lead teams of Consultants & Sr. Consultants; manage utilization of team performance and sales engineering target

Required Experience:

  • 7+ years of relevant consulting experience including demonstrated expertise delivering solutions, managing team utilization and partnering with sales to assist in account growth and expansion 
  • Proven experience partnering with clients to create scalable, durable analytics solutions including, but not limited to Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, SQL, Snowflake, Python, R, AWS, and Azure 
  • Previous experience leading teams of consultants to ensure performance, utilization and project delivery
  • Exceptional customer facing skills, including but not limited to communication skills and project management skills

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in Alteryx Designer, Power BI, Snowflake, Fivetran, and/or ThoughtSpot 
  • Data preparation skills and experience 
  • Knowledge of SQL and experience leveraging data warehouse, data marts, and/or data models
