As a Principal Product Data Scientist you will partner across the technology organization to guide product teams towards their quantitative goals. Your data-driven understanding of our products will shape the strategies that we use. Your product sense will shape the bets that our technology team makes.

As a Principal Product Data Scientist, you will:

• Work with our product leads to develop and refine successful product strategies.
• Guide our products to deliver value to our doctors and their patients
• Establish the metrics that define team-level OKRs and keep the team focused on those numbers
• Structure our data so that you, your team, and other data scientists have a shared source of truth
• Represent the work and progress of your cross-functional team to technology and business leadership
