Our Plan Operations Team is a group of caring and passionate professionals dedicated to improving the lives of our Clover members. Our team includes service operations, network operations, clinical operations and IT.  A goal for this team is to continually find new ways to improve our operational performance for Clover members.

The Office of the COO is a small, agile team that serves as a force multiplier to the COO. The team tackles high impact projects across multiple business functions including finance, operations, and strategy including supporting company wide goals and initiatives relative to the financial needs of all business lines and cost centers. 

We are looking for a highly analytical and motivated individual to join our Office of the COO as a Senior Analyst. As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for liaising with various business leaders to ensure the COO’s strategic vision is understood and carried out successfully. You will work collaboratively with cross functional teams to set priorities, allocate resources for execution, and develop and monitor performance of key performance indicators, operational dashboards and financial results. You will be expected to exhibit the highest professional standards, ethical principles, and attention to detail while using your findings to tactfully and thoughtfully influence executive decision making.

As a Senior Analyst you will:

  • Support the COO with key initiatives.
  • Develop, drive, analyze, and synthesize Plan Operation’s existing management reporting and team goal setting (OKR) process, sharing actionable insights with leadership.
  • Contribute to operational models and build financial forecasts to measure the return on investment of our programs and partnerships.
  • Work with the Plan Operations Team to provide feedback and identify areas of opportunity for improvement and Quality Assurance.(QA)
  • Update Internal site (Confluence) for workflow and process communication.
  • Assist in Plan Operations org projects like quarterly Town Halls, and more.
  • Build and maintain dashboarding to measure progress for various Plan Operations projects and initiatives.
  • Work cross-functionally with all Plan Operations and IT teams on strategic initiatives and project implementations.
  • Perform other special ad-hoc projects and analyses as directed by management.

  • You should get in touch if:
  • You have 2+ years of experience in high-growth corporate strategy/operations, investment banking, management consulting, or private equity, with experience in healthcare preferred.
  • You have outstanding analytical skills and are comfortable using data to tell stories in a variety of settings (financial modeling, return on investment analyses, measurement of key performance indicators, etc.).
  • You have advanced experience manipulating large datasets.
  • You have knowledge of relational databases, data warehouses, and data management principles.
  • You have experience developing dashboards and advanced reports.
  • You have the ability to analyze business requirements to develop solutions.
  • You have the ability to write and create requirements documents.
  • You have the ability to review existing business processes to identify improvements.
  • You are proficient in Excel, Google suite, SQL and VBA preferred.
