You are analytical, inquisitive, attentive to detail, and want to use those skills to help deliver high quality products and features. You have a good sense for when things are as they should be, a knack for discovering bugs and finding edge cases. You know how to assess user feedback, ask the right questions, and determine the root cause of reported issues. You are ready to learn our systems, product, and data inside and out.
We are a remote first company and at this time are only able to hire folks who reside in the following states: California, Colorado, Florida, Iowa, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Texas and Washington.
What You Will Do
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and technical leadership to support new product releases
- Query various databases and conduct exploratory analyses
- Investigate client-reported data discrepancies and provide client-friendly explanations
- Provide quality assurance checks and test new features and data releases
- Help raise the bar of the overall data and product quality and integrity
Experience We Want To See
- You should have at least a few years of paid, professional experience working on a product team to provide data insights which are used to support the development of new software products or features.
- You have an ability to frame problems in a way that aligns with business goals and provides customer value.
- You should have a high degree of proficiency and comfort with SQL and Python as well as experience with other data analysis tools.
- You've worked cross functionally with data science and software development teams.
- You love data and understand that better quality data leads to better products and happier customers.
