As a Product Manager on the Document Verification team, you will take the ownership of defining and fine-tuning our decision strategies and logic behind our Machine Learning based Document Authentication platform. You will work with multiple teams ranging from Product, Legal, Engineering, Design, Data Science and Sales in order to drive adoption, improve product accuracy and performance and ultimately increase customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do:
- Define, guide and execute the product strategy for the team based on market needs and feedback from different groups.
- Identify user problems and turn those insights into product specifications that delight our customers and users.
- Manage the end to end decision strategy for our Document Verification product and work with Socure partners to improve overall product performance and accuracy.
- Collaborate with Design, Data Science and Engineering on a daily basis to build iterative, high-quality products.
- Assist with Customer POCs and go-live, analyzing the transactions and fine-tuning the risk thresholds.
- Define clear success metrics and support your team to achieve them.
- Work and communicate with stakeholders from multiple disciplines in order to ensure smooth product roll-outs and upgrade cycles.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Experience delivering products to market that are successful with measurable outcomes, from ideation to execution.
- Highly analytical mindset and experience using data to successfully inform your decision-making process and measure outcomes.
- Experience with developing and designing APIs and SDKs.
- Technical background to understand the machine learning concepts and thresholding.
- Empathy for our customers and excitement to solve their problems
- Comfortable rolling up your sleeves, getting into the details and getting things done
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Mixpanel, Tableau and Looker.
- Great communication skills and Presentation skills.
- Ability to travel < 10%, post-COVID.

- Experience with automated Document Verification and Authentication solutions.
- Experience with Computer Vision and Machine Learning.
- Experience working in a Risk and/or Fraud capacity at a Financial Institution or any Trust and Safety team.
