The Role
We're looking for an experienced Product Manager for Neo4j’s Graph Data Science (GDS) platform. This is an opportunity to evolve the fast-growing graph data science product offerings that users love, in a space that promises to be one of the most impactful categories in data science and machine learning today. As a Product Manager for Neo4j, you will work with a global team in Europe and the US to lead and accelerate the growth of Neo4j as the company evolves its broader product and solution offering.

Responsibilities:

    • Work with the GDS product team to understand needs and requirements from existing customers, prospects, and community users
    • Work closely with engineering team to provide an end-to-end delightful experience for the data scientist user, including integrations with the broader data science and machine learning ecosystem
    • Review academic research and publications to synthesize into forward looking product vision and roadmap
    • Conduct market research into competing graph data science libraries and other data science platforms to understand differentiating features and potential liabilities
    • Up to 25% travel expected, post pandemic

Key Skills and Experience:

    • Experience in data science, specifically advanced statistical modeling, graph neural networks, graph embeddings, graph algorithms, and building machine learning pipelines.
    • Software or Machine Learning Engineering experience, in a modern language (Python, Java, Scala, C++, Rust)
    • Familiarity with enterprise data volumes and production workloads
    • Strong communication skills, ability to synthesize divergent inputs into requirements
    • Minimum 5 years working in product management or similar role
    • Minimum 3 years experience in data science, preferably a Master’s degree  
    • Experience with Spark, Arrow, AutoML products (H20.ai, Dataiku, MLFlow, DataRobot, SageMaker), and NoSQL databases preferred
    • Experience working across time zones and remotely
