Job Title: Program Manager Analytics

POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a Program Manager - Analytics to join our growing Revenue Operations Analytics team. This full-time position will be responsible for driving department efforts toward empowering our company to make data-driven decisions by managing a diverse portfolio of Analytics projects, leading high-profile initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional partners throughout the Revenue department. This person will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the business and will have the opportunity to lead important initiatives through partnering with other departments. Additional tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing some user acceptance testing. To succeed in this role, you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users. Ultimately, you are motivated by the desire to optimize productivity and nurture program success from inception to completion. This individual will report to our Sr. Director, Business Analytics.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be an ambassador of the Analytics team by having an in-depth understanding of systems, and frameworks our team owns, proposing improvements and drive business-impacting projects
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams across departments for successful execution of the programs, involving Sr leadership as required, and transparently tracking and communicating program updates
- Identify process and system improvement opportunities by monitoring existing metrics, analyzing data, partner,ing and influence internal teams for successful end-to-end delivery
- You will own the design, development, and maintenance of project metrics including velocity and capacity for the team
- Excellent writing skills, to create artifacts easily interpretable to business and tech leaders
- Assist management in creating and maintaining documentation of current processes, systems and automation pertinent to the revenue operations
- Ensure data accuracy and set data integrity standards for the organization by establishing, implementing and refining processes
- Conduct ad-hoc projects, reports, and analyses
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, a degree in Business, IT, or equivalent working experience required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a progressively responsible, relevant PM role
- Experience, interest, and adaptability to working in a Lean/Agile delivery environment
- Understanding of data and analytics areas such as data modeling and transformation, locating relevant data sources, data visualization/dashboard tools (Tableau, Vena, Power BI, Looker, etc.), etc., preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities related to multiple projects at once and work collaboratively across organizational lines
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent writing, presentation, and verbal communication skills
